Im gonna be honest, this happened maybe once or twice in the last few yrs, so I hHIGHLY doubt it you'll ever consider that, but in case it happens;
Each member has a 2-week period where they can decide if they are up for this. It's not a long period, but UEX only takes on SERIOUS people.
